1. Payment & Deposits
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure your commission slot.
- The remaining balance must be paid before delivery of the final artwork.
- Payments are accepted via [insert payment methods, e.g., PayPal, Venmo].
2. Pricing & Quotes
- Prices are based on complexity, size, and requested details.
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
- Any additional requests or changes made after the initial agreement may result in additional charges.
3. Timeline & Deadlines
- Estimated turnaround time will be communicated before work begins.
- Delays may occur due to complexity, revisions, or unforeseen events.
- Rush orders may be subject to an additional 20 – 50% fee depending on the timeline.
4. Revisions
- The commission price includes 1 – 2 minor revisions (e.g., color tweaks, small adjustments).
- Major changes (e.g., pose changes, composition alterations) requested after approval of the initial sketch may incur extra charges.
5. Artist Rights & Usage
- The artist retains all rights to the artwork, including the right to display the work in portfolios, social media, and promotional material.
- Commissions are for personal use only (e.g., profile pictures, prints) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Commercial use (e.g., merchandise, advertising, resale) requires a separate commercial license and pricing agreement.
6. Customer Rights & Restrictions
- You may share the commissioned artwork online with proper credit to the artist.
- You may not claim, edit, or resell the artwork without written permission.
- Unauthorized commercial use may result in legal action.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- If the customer cancels before work starts, the deposit remains non-refundable.
- If the artist must cancel for any reason, a full refund will be issued (including deposit).
- No refunds will be given once the final artwork is delivered.
8. Delivery
- Final artwork will be delivered digitally (e.g., PNG/JPEG) unless otherwise agreed.
- Physical prints or shipping of originals may include additional costs (shipping, packaging, insurance).
9. Liability
- The artist is not responsible for how the customer uses the artwork once delivered.
- The artist is not liable for printing errors, color variations due to screens, or third-party reproductions.
10. Agreement
By paying the deposit, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
